Do you prewash your fabrics for purses?
Hi there! When in doubt, pre-washing is always a great idea, especially if you are working with quilting cotton that you are unfamiliar with the manufacturer. High quality quilt shop fabrics usually have minimal shrinkage, but I have found some economically-priced fabrics I purchased in the past from Walmart shrank quite a lot.
