The answer to tonights question. How often do I clean my sewing area. I “TRY” to clean after every new project. I can think better with a clean area. Happy 4th of July. Enjoy the pool.

I received my copy of Windy City Bags. A beautifully done book. I can’t wait to choose a bag pattern from it and get started sewing. Thanks Sara for signing it for me.

Hi Sara and Danny, I love you guys & adorable children! I don’t know if this is where I make the comment for the entry for the templates. Anyway, I don’t have a specific day in cleaning my sewing area but I would have to say about every month. Working, cleaning, cooking takes up a lot of time. I’m just glad no one sees it when I have a mess! Happy fourth of July…enjoy

I clean just enough to start a new project. About every 3 or 4 projects I do a big cleanup. Or if I have to take pictures of my room. LOL

Hi I have to clean my sewing area every time I use it because it’s also our office desk. We have very limited space so it’s just easier to do it that way. Thanks for all the wonderful videos you do I really enjoy them. Happy 4th of July to you and your family!

  9. Susan Loiselle says:

  12. Karen says:

I recently just started sewing again and feel unorganized, so I am constantly moving my fabric and notions around on a weekly basis. Looking forward to getting a shelving unit to showcase all my sew sweetness projects, fabrics, and new sewing supplies. Thanking you for all the inspiration:)

  13. Carol Callahan says:

When I can’t sew, I embroider, watch quilting videos or a Craftsy class. Loved those grunge polka dots as I too am a PD lover; have a bit of a stash that I envision using in a wall quilt with different scales of dots.
Really am enjoying you and your show. I hope that you and Danny continue to grow this business and maintain your enthusiasm which shows!

  14. Rosemary O’Brien says:

I do a giant cleanup when I am looking for a fabric I know I have that is perfect for my project! I get to stroke a lot of fabric which is fun!
