My machine is 1 year old
My featherweight is 66 yrs. old, and I also sew with a Viking made in 1961, 57 yrs. old.
I think my machine is 6 or 7 years old.
My machine is 24 years old
My main sewing machine is about 2 years old.
I have a New Home machine, probably 15+ years old. I love it.
My Bernina 830 purchased in 1977…still sews neautifully…Expensive then ($700 ) but worth it !!
I think my oldest sewing machine is probably as old as you are—I bought it in 1984, right after I graduated from college. It is a Viking 150 and still runs like a watch.
My machine is about 80 years young. I enjoyed HP books and really liked City of bones, City of glass etc series by Cassandra Claire
My main machine is also a Bernina 830 purchased in 1976 & yes mine also sews beautifully! I paid $600 for it back then & my parents wouldn’t help me because they didn’t think anyone needed a $600 sewing machine. In the I refinanced my first car to buy it & it’s been well worth every penny.
I’ve had my simple singer I found in my parents garage for 12 years, I think my mom had it for 5 years before that. I cleaned it up and it still works great.
My baby lock is 9 yrs old. My brother (that I use for retreats and quilt group is 8 yrs old. My inherited MIL’s machine is over 60 yrs old.
I confess that my main sewing machine is only 2 years old. I bought the machine of my dreams… Husqvarna Viking Epic. Love, love, love it! Have sewn with this brand for 40 years.
