Here is a brand new bag pattern and video for the Oriole Bag! This project is available in 2 different sizes, small or large. You can make this bag in the material of your choice (I made one version in cotton fabric and another in cork fabric). The bag comes together quickly in just 23 steps and uses front and back fabrics that creatively form a 3-dimensional bag using darts. The video for this project is 50 minutes long and shows the entire project from start to finish.
This wooden seam roller has multiple uses! I use it for pressing seams during bag-making for fabrics that are not usually ironed (cork, leather, vinyl, etc.); this seam roller is also great for pressing seams during quilt-making when you don't want to keep getting up and going to the ironing board (traditional piecing, foundation paper piecing, etc.).
