Here’s a closer look at the Friesian Pouch from Minikins Season Three. This pattern is exclusively part of the bundle. The three separate sections of this pouch allow you to store a myriad of different items inside!
Finished Size:
- small – 8-1/2” long x 3-1/2” tall x 3-1/2” deep (21.6cm x 8.9cm x 8.9cm)
- medium – 9-1/2” long x 4-1/2” tall x 3-1/2” deep (24.1cm x 11.4cm x 8.9cm)
- large – 10-1/2” long x 5-1/2” tall x 3-1/2” deep (26.7cm x 14cm x 8.9cm)
The bundle includes the pdf patterns and videos to make all 12 projects.
Each pdf pattern includes sewing instructions, complete with step-by-step color photos. Also included in the PDF pattern are printable pattern pieces for your home printer. The following files will all be included with your PDF pattern purchase:
- SVG Files (for electric cutting machines, such as the Brother Scan N Cut and the Cricut Maker)
- Projector Files (for use with home projectors for cutting out fabric; please see the group Projectors for Sewing for more information)
- A0 Files (large-format 33″ x 46″ pattern page for printing at your local copy shop, in case you would rather not tape together the pattern pages that are included in the PDF pattern)

1/2 yard/metre of Exterior Fabric
3/4 yard/metre of Lining Fabric
1/4 yard/metre of foam interfacing (By Annie’s Soft and Stable, Pellon Flex Foam, Bosal In-R-Form, or automotive headliner; if using Flex Foam, it is only 20” wide so please purchase double)
1 yard/metre of 20” wide Pellon SF-101 Shape Flex fusible woven interfacing (or medium-weight fusible interfacing)
Optional: 1/3 yard of Pellon Decor Bond OR Decovil Light, for stability on front and back of pouch
1/4 yard of mesh fabric
2/3 yard of fold-over elastic (either 5/8” or 3/4”)
Two 26” handbag zippers*
16” handbag zipper* *either single-pull or double-pull zippers will work – I used double-pull zippers.
The pouches pictured were made with various Tula Pink fabrics.
