The dispenser drawer contains three separate compartments that is specifically for the main washing detergent, fabric softener and bleach. Fabric softener leaves behind a residue that over time can clog the drawer’s drain opening for the fabric softener, which requires manually removing the fabric softener compartment and scrubbing off residue. Once cleaned, the fabric softener should drain properly onto your clothing. Thanks a lot.
