I couldn’t agree with the above statement more ~ Chris W patterns absolutely taught me some new and fun bag making techniques that helped me create a beautiful bag personalized to my tastes that looks professionally made!
One lucky winner will receive their choice of 5 pdf patterns from Chris W Designs! The fantastic thing about Chris W Designs is their full range of pattern styles – I don’t know how you’ll ever narrow your selection down to 5, but here are a few of my favorites:
The Evelyn |
The Evelyn is a pattern that I reviewed in the past on Sara’s blog. I absolutely loved making this bag and still use it! The stylish top flap as well as the ring and rivet accents on the handles caught my eye when I first saw this bag. I agree with it being rated as Intermediate and I think this is a fantastic bag to try out if you want to learn to make elastic size pockets, zipper pockets, and a flap style purse. This classy style looks great in a solid or print so you can personalize it with your own unique flare through fabric choice!
Another Chris W pattern I’ve had my eye on is Sugar & Spice:
Sugar & Spice |
She again uses the classy rivet and ring style on the handles, which I just can’t get enough of, and the unique double pocket style on the front is really fun and o so fancy with the piping accents. This is also rated as intermediate and in addition to the handle accents, it will teach you to use piping and a recessed zipper, skills we could all probably use some practice with!
Yepee…a Giveaway by one of my favorite designers 🙂
I love so many, I’m not sure I can narrow it down! But lately, aside from Tula and AMH, I think I have really been liking Zen Chic, whose name escapes me at the moment
Oooh I love that Sugar and Spice!
Love the bags. The first one is great!!! Love the possibilities.
I would love to make an Evelyn, it is amazing!
Beautiful bags, I would love to make one of each….( this is a shameless ploy to win your bags patterns) =)

I’m a sucker for Echino by Etsuko Furuya. Pricey but soooooo worth it.
