Quilt Market – Amy Butler

Oh, were you waiting for this? You were?? Well, here it is…my Quilt Market post on Amy Butler’s booth. I’m not sure if I should even bother writing anything, as you’re probably not going to read it anyway because you’ll be too busy staring at the photos. 😉

A ton of people asked me about the dress in the pictures above with the keyhole detail, so I decided to update my post: it’s this sewing pattern from Jamie Christina.

As you can see, the new line is called ‘Cameo’. It has tons of blues, which I’m really excited about!

Love that quilt on the wall in this photo!

There are also 3 new patterns coming out…2 bags, and an accessories pattern.

And here are the fabric swatches…feast your eyes!!

Fabulous booth set up, great assortment of sewn projects, from bags to home decor to garments. Anything you wish can be sewn with Amy Butler fabrics! They look great in anything!

Hello pillows I must have in my home…

The most amazing thing happened…Amy Butler looked at me. I think she talked to me too, but I can’t remember what she said, and I hope I did not drool on her. In the photo below is me (I am not smiling because I am breaking out in a cold sweat), Amy Butler, and Kim, holding up Kim’s ‘Pineapple Princess’ quilt, which is very beautiful, and from Faith’s Solstice Stars quilt along series. The quilt was long-armed by the magnificent Laurie Tigner (Laurie has a new blog, please follow it if you could!).

I have a photo. I am standing next to Amy Butler.
