I love purses……I really think I could make one with the right pattern. Thank you
Donna, if you haven’t made purses and you’d like to, I HIGHLY recommend it Sara’s patterns! They are very well written and incredibly clear for the newby to sewing bags! Also, Chris W designs, Erin Erickson of Dog Under My Desk, janelle from Emmaline and Anna Graham from Noodlehead….all are highly reputable and all write patterns that make it possibly for a regular quilter, that has never done anything but quilt, to turn out a nice professional looking bag. I had only been quilting for about 3 years (and self taught at that) when I tried one of Sara’s patterns and I was able to do internal zippered pockets and everything because the instructions were so well written.
