This giveaway is now closed. The winner is #11 Laurel.

Today’s talented giveaway sponsor is Made by Rae, a fabulous designer of bags, clothing, and accessories for adults and children. She is also a member of Sew Mama Sew and has contributed a few wonderful tutorials to that great site which is one of my favorites for seeking out new tutorials and inspiration!

One lucky winner will receive a 4 pack of pdf bag patterns from Made by Rae including the following:

Bonsai Bag

I really like the ring and tie handles on this bag and the unique gathered front with the pompom accent. The 2 closure options are an added bonus, as sometimes I want an easy to access bag with a magnetic snap and other times I like a more secure bag with a zipper top, and this pattern has options for both! She also has several beautiful fabric combinations shown for this pattern to get your creative juices flowing so be sure to check out her website to see more!

Lickety Split Bag

I can’t resist any pattern using my favorite Lizzy House duck print and this adorable tied handle tote is no exception! According to Rae’s instructions, this is a reversible and quick to sew project that will have you out the door enjoying your new bag in a few hours or less! The lovely shape and size of this bag make its uses so diverse and I like the ability to add inside and outside pockets as desired. Using only 2 yards or less total, this quick and cute bag is a must have in my opinion!

Showoff Bag
This is the perfect name for this big beautiful bag that allows you to show off a fun geometric or large busy print on the outside. I really like the shape of this bag, as it opens wide at the bottom to hold a lot, but has a fancier top accented by using a second fabric to match the handles.
Last but not least, the lovely Buttercup bag! Rae has a smaller sized pattern of this bag offered for free on her website but included in this pdf pattern pack is the larger Buttercup bag pattern. As someone who has personally made this smaller size, I think you will greatly enjoy making this cute bag which is great for all skill levels. The smaller size is perfect for a few essentials for a night on the town and I think the larger size would be fantastic for an every day handbag with its stylish pleats and adorable little button accents.
