Supplies Needed to Make This Bag
- 3/4 yard/metre of Exterior Fabric
- 1-1/2 yard/metre of Lining Fabric
- 2/3 yard/metre of Solid Fabric for Handles and Straps
- 1/4 yard/metre of fabric for Exterior Front Pockets
- 2/3 yard/metre of fabric for Exterior Gathered Pockets
- 1/2 yard/metre of foam interfacing (By Annie’s Soft and Stable, Pellon Flex Foam, Bosal In-R-Form, or automotive headliner; if using Flex Foam, it is only 20” wide so please purchase 1-1/2 yard)
- 3 yards/metres of 20” wide Pellon SF-101 Shape Flex fusible woven interfacing (or medium-weight fusible interfacing)
- 1/4 yard/metre of Pellon Thermolam (fusible fleece will also work)
- 30” handbag zipper
- 1 pair of 14” x 3” metal frames
- 15” x 5” piece of material for the false bottom (I used corrugated plastic, which you can find at a craft store)
- Optional: 4 purse feet
