February 2024 Challenge

Welcome to the February Challenge! Every month there will be a new challenge and you’ll have all month to get your entries in. This month we’re going to have TWO challenges. You can enter one or both but can’t submit the same entry twice. One randomly chosen winner for each challenge will be awarded a $50 gift certificate for Sew Sweetness and be announced in the next month’s newsletter.

The Minikins Season Four challenge this month is to make the Lovegrass Sewing Machine Cover. The beauty of this pattern is that you can make it for your sewing machine, serger, or whatever item you need a cover for. Simply measure your device and I guide you in the pattern through cutting and sewing together a great fit.

The other challenge is to make any Sew Sweetness pattern using red or pink fabric since February is Valentine’s month!

Please enter your own photo in the linky tool below so your fellow sewists can see your beautiful work! Your entry should be newly sewn; the project should be sewn between February 4, 2024 and March 2, 2024. Please log into your Sew Sweetness account before attempting to upload your photo.

Random winner will be chosen after March 2, 2024 out of all entries received. The winners are #8 Diane and #11 Wendy.

IMPORTANT: In the Linky Tool, when it asks #1 Link To, just enter www.sewsweetness.com.

Sara/Bronwyn – Can you tell me how I view the February competition entries in the Blog. I’ve looked at pictures in past competitions, but can’t remember how I did it! Linda Williams
