Supplies Needed to Make This Bag
- 1 yard/metre of exterior fabric for size small OR 1-1/4 yard/metre of exterior fabric for size large
- 1 yard/metre of lining fabric for size small OR 1-1/4 yard/metre of exterior fabric for size large
- 3/4 yard/metre of foam interfacing (By Annie’s Soft and Stable, Pellon Flex Foam, Bosal In-R-Form, or automotive headliner; if using Flex Foam, it is only 20” wide so please purchase 2 yards)
- 4 yard/metre 20” wide Pellon SF-101 Shape Flex fusible woven interfacing (or med-weight fusible interfacing)
- Optional: 1/2 yard/metre of Pellon Peltex #71 or Decovil Heavy (for a firm Front Pocket and Bottom; possible for either size small or large, but may be appreciated for size large; also to stabilize the Strap Overlay on back of bag)
- Two handbag zippers: 24” for size small OR 30” for size large
(either single-pull or double-pull zippers will work; I used double-pull zippers) - 12” zipper
- Two 1” metal rectangles
- Two 1” metal sliders
- If you would like to use webbing instead of fabric for your straps, you will need 2-1/2 yards of 1” wide webbing
