While I love the bag that is shown in today’s post, I am actually trying to reach you this way because for some reason, I am not getting any responses from the emails I am sending you. I am writing in reference to and order I made (Order No. 1132) – I have yet to receive anything either by post or by email. The order is dated March 18 and I figured that if I ordered the pattern to be sent via post, that it should be here by now. I am confused because I thought I was ordering a PDF pattern to be delivered by email, like the other patterns I purchased from you – I have sent 3 emails asking if this order could get looked in to. I know this is out of the ordinary to leave this message in the comments box, but I just don’t know how else to try to resolve this.

I so appreciate you going above and beyond in settling my predicament. I emailed you back immediately (i just hit return to the email that you sent me) – but I am not confident you recieved it, so I wanted to reach out in this most unusual way of using your comment space. I do not know why you did not receive my emails, not sure if the problem is on my end but I will be looking in to it. Regardless, it is all settled now and I am super excited to be getting my Aeroplane Bag pattern. You totally made my day! Please feel free to erase my comments, as they really are out of place here.
Although to anyone reading this, Sara is AWESOME – she responded to me within minutes and with no questions asked, sent me the pattern I ordered and a different one, in addition to – just to make things right. I will continue to buy and refer your patterns to everyone I know.
