New York Beauty Quilt Along – Week 9 Block 2

How many blocks have you made from the New York Beauty Quilt Along? There have been *so* many blocks posted to the Flickr Group, it’s amazing!!


Today is the tutorial for Block 2 from amylouwho? She has a great tutorial for you on how to make this sharp-looking points (and a bonus: you can use your iPad screen to line up your fabrics, lol!). I love the pretty Amy Butler fabrics that she used for her block, the perfect shades of blue!


Next Monday will be the last block in the series!

    I’m enjoying the NY Beauty quilt along so very mucy – even tho, I’ve yet to stitch the first block. At least I’ve kept up each week with the patterns and one of these days – I will find that extra time that eludes me each day…such inspiration from the wonderful posts…thanks again to all of you!
